FRP Speaks Up At The SB City Council Meeting March 5th, 2019 I spoke up at the Santa Barbara City Council Meeting to address the issue of Summerland’s overly short sewage outfall pipeline. I proposed a means to extend it out a mile and secure with flanks with life generating Sea Caves.
